Dior is the Birds of Wisdom's style icon, because really—what band doesn't need one of those? She takes her role seriously, and somehow the group always manages to look remarkably fashionable.

Dior comes by her love of hats honestly. Her mother was a milliner and her father was a hatter, so she practically grew up surrounded by ribbons, feathers, felt and fabulous brims.

Today, Dior owns Hats of Wonder, one of the most popular shops in town.

Ask her favorite style of hat and she'll tell you it depends entirely on the day of the week and, naturally, the weather.

Dior is also a devoted movie buff with a particular love of film noir. She carries a photograph of Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall in her purse and even owns a hat decorated with their pictures around the brim.

Which brings us to purses.

Dior is perpetually searching for the perfect purse.

What makes a purse perfect?

Apparently, none of us will know until Dior finds it.

And so far, she hasn't.
